The Pain-to-Performance Method

This program was designed to close a gap-- that gap where formal PT ends and your full recovery to 100% awaits you. 

Many athletes are discharged from standard physical therapy, or return to sport after injury, because they're "good enough", yet they aren't performing at their previous level and don't know how to get themselves back there. This program gets you across the finish line so that you can return to your previous level of sport or better.
